Deviation Actions
EDIT: Okay people, listen up. Here's the deal; if you do not put the full required form at the top of your show journal, we will not accept it and we will no longer send you a comment reminding you to put the form at the top; we'll just delete it. We've made this very clear, so if your submission is ignored, it's not our fault. Submit it correctly the first time, please.
Thanks!

1.Deadline on Top - Journals Deleted if not met
Please, folks regardless what you do with your Show Journals concerning updating. LEAVE THE DEADLINE in the first line of your Journal text!!! Your WATCHERS and potential PARTICIPANTS can decide much better for or against your event if they know how long the deadline is RIGHT AWAY.
The first line of the Journal is visible in the Thumbnail. THAT IS THE REASON why you should put it ON TOP of everything. INterested members can read the following texts if they hover over the Thumbnail. There is no practical use to write advertisments on top of your entry!
We need the deadline-firstline to manage the journals quickly. Every journal that does not meet these requirements costs time for us and takes time away from us that we could use to handle your requests faster. SO PLEASE for all of us put the Deadline on Top of your Journal Text.
I should add, that I will delete all old journals from the Gallery AND those that are missing the deadline on top of the text.
2. Old Journals deleted - Event Advertising only via Gallery
I deleted the old Journal Event lists. If there are Events still running, please check and send them in again via Suggesting your Journal Entry to the Groups Gallery
Thanks!

The upper form (Running, Event Type, Class, Restrictions) is needed to submit the Journal to the group. Put that form above the other information in your Event-Journal. Why? because it is the vital information that people need if they are browsing through the deviations. We will only accept journals that have the form on top of the Event journal. Enhancing Event Discriptions
New feature to enhance the descriptions of your event: Difficulty Levels for Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing.
Difficulty levels are not a very common feature in event descriptions yet. More and more people are already searching for specific difficulty levels. More and more HArplayers go very realistic with their stables and start their horses careers at lower levels and work up from there. This Level System is meant to encourage people to add information on the difficulty levels. This will probably attract more participants for YOUR events.
The following System has been made for Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing and combines the features
Co-Founder search -- Help wanted temporarily
UPDATE 24.9.11: We have a huge number of show updates and applications and we need one or two people to serve as co-founders temporarily to help us get these dealt with. It's kinda first-come-first-served; NOTE the group with the subject: COFOUNDER HELP all in caps so I can distinguish it. You don't need a 'major' stable, but you should be established in the RPG game (like having been part of it for more than a month or two). Thanks! Next Saturday is the deadline.
We received a ton of wonderful applications for the Co-Founder position, and we couldn't decide on just one, so we now have three new co-founders to help us out around here! I want
Can you do us a favour?
We already have 62 Watchers, which is absolutely GORGEOUS if we look at the short time we that the Show-Directory is open.
Still we are afraid that most people don't know that this group is existing so it would be GORGEOUS if you could put our icon #HARPG-Show-Directory (https://www.deviantart.com/harpg-show-directory) somewhere in your event journals.
It is not a must, but it would be a great help for us and also for you. The more watchers we have the more people know about YOUR event as well.

I've got an event I'd like to submit, but as it's an import hunt for a new breed, I've no clue what folder it should go into: [link] Sorry to bother you; I'd submit myself if I could figure out where.
